East Midlands Shooting Ground
is located south of Nottingham within 10 mins of junction 24 of the M1 motorway, and 5 mins from the A50 on the B6540 towards Long Eaton.This is a friendly and informal ground and is open Sundays and Wednesdays all year round. Opening times are 9am till 1pm on Sundays and 11.30 till dusk on Wednesdays.
All shooters are welcome, from beginer to expert including ladies and juniors.
A variety of disciplines are catered for including 50 Sporting, 25 Skeet and 25 Dtl on Sundays, and 30 Sporting, 25 Skeet and 25 Dtl on Wednesdays.

Please note that all disciplines are practice only.
Hot food and drinks, and 12g cartridges can be purchased in the clubhouse.
Ground Membership
Membership runs from 1st March till 28th February and is available to all shooters at a cost of £30 initially and £25 yearly thereafter, all juniors pay half price to join.
All members receive a woven cloth badge and a membership card.
A reduction of 50p per card will be made to all members each time they attend throughout the year, so, buy 4 cards on the day and save £2. If you attend on a regular basis this can amount to a substantial saving over the year on the £30 joining fee.
Novices
All novices are welcome
No license required but must be accompanied by a licence holder when shooting.
E.M.S.G has an exemption certificate which allows people to shoot without a licence while under supervision from a person who holds a current shotgun certificate. The terms of the exemption certificate MUST BE complied with, that is the law.!!!!
Novices should make themselves known when paying for their scorecards.
Training available if required.
